23 September - Added news on Discovery Channel Terror in Tokyo special. Updated merchandise, links and FAQ pages

18 September - Added news on upcoming IFC Terror From Tokyo special, updated links page to include relaunched she-is-here.com.

17 September - Site maintenance commenced. Added news on Birthday novelization, upcoming Discovery Channel special.

27 September - Concluded The Ring Companion giveaway and informed all winners by e-mail that...well, that they'd won.

15 September - Began The Ring Companion book giveaway.

5 September - Added links to Ringu fanlisting, Eye of the Ring, Samara's World and Rings Communities, and provided news on propsed The Ring Three and Loop films.

30 July - News on Samara doll, update on release date for The Ring Companion and link to cover for Anthology of Terror added. Another few site tweaks enacted. And for anyone still reading this, here's a pic of what's contributed to my absence for the last few months.

20 July - A tweak or two to the links page (check out the swanky new banner!), a tidbit of new information on the awards page (bet you don't notice it!) and a complete overhaul of the promotional websites page.

17 July - More tweaks to the merchandise page, a small tweak to the The Ring page (hint: think "Trivia"), and overhauled the links page.

16 July - Site revisions continue in the places where you most likely won't even notice them (namely, the merchandise, saishuushou and webmaster pages. More to come.)

11 July - Added news on continuing Suzuki titles and have begun making various tweaks / revisions / re-writes in preparation for site-wide update.

10 July - Added the news that this site is in fact not dead, incl. updates on Ring: Anthology of Terror, the Ring Companion, and release date for The Ring Two.

5 April - Added box office news for The Ring Two, news on the vfxblog+ interview with The Ring Two SFX supervisor, a bit more info. on the German release of the Ring boxed set (now called Ring Universum), and links on interviews page to two interviews with Ehren Kruger and another for Nakata Hideo. Also added link on main index page to ign review of the soundtrack for The Ring and The Ring Two.

7 March - Banner link for The Ring 2-disc set, news on possible premiere cancellation for The Ring Two, and news on Camera Theater screenings of Ring 2 added.

28 January - News of revival of defunct Ring promotional websites added. Promotional websites page updated to reflect the latest information.

23 January - Uploaded exclusive (and exhaustive) Nakata Hideo interview. Also posted link to video interview with Nakata and Naomi Watts appearing on movieweb.

20 January - Link to www.the-tape.com (second Samara cursed video) added.

9 January - Added news on / link to The Ring 2 trailer. Also added spiffy new quote on main index page from director Nakata Hideo (whom I had the pleasure of speaking with a few days previous) and a comment from him regarding the so-called "Brussels cut" of the Ring.
